Cancel & Return

We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.  Our system automatically transmits orders to our warehouse for processing immediately after receiving them.

INTARSIAK offers returns on unworn items within 14 days from the date of delivery for U.S. and international customers. The items must be in brand new condition with original tags attached. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@intarsiaknit.com or submit your return request via contact us form. Please include your order number and the list of items want to return. 

Once the request has been sent, you will receive a shipping label via email. Then use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, we will issue the refund after receiving the parcel.
