Order ReturnINTARSIAK offers returns on unworn items within 14 days from the date of delivery for U.S. and international customers. The items must be in brand new condition with original tags attached. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Once the request has been sent, you will receive a shipping label via email. Then use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, we will issue the refund after receiving the parcel.
